Pro licences are purchased from inside your WordPress admin. This page walks through the process from start to finish.
First: Pro is licensed per sport
$39 per year covers one sport plugin.
If you want Pro features for both soccer and baseball, you need a licence for each, for a total of $78 per year. SPOSCOR Core is free and never adds to the cost.
Worth knowing before you buy rather than after.
Before you buy
Try the free version first. Refunds are limited to cases where a problem can’t be resolved, within 14 days of purchase. Install the free version and confirm it works on your site and looks the way you want.
One licence covers one site. Local environments (localhost) can be activated without limit, so testing on a development site won’t use up your licence.
Requirements WordPress 6.0 or later / PHP 7.4 or later
Step 1 — Install the free version
In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New, search for SPOSCOR, and install both of the following:
- SPOSCOR Core — the shared foundation for every sport
- Your sport plugin — SPOSCOR Soccer / SPOSCOR Basketball / SPOSCOR Baseball
Sport plugins will not run unless Core is active. Install both.
Everything runs as the free version at this point. You can add matches, enter scores, and publish them with a shortcode before deciding anything.
Step 2 — Upgrade from your admin
Open your sport plugin from the admin menu and choose Upgrade. The checkout opens.
Enter your email, name, and card details, and select your country. If you have a coupon code, there’s a field for it. Then complete the purchase.
Step 3 — Your licence activates
When you buy from inside your admin, the licence activates on that site as soon as payment completes. There’s no key to enter by hand.
Return to your admin and the Pro features are available — competitions, design controls, and the OBS streaming view.
You’ll also receive an email containing your licence key. Keep it. You’ll need it if you move the plugin to a different site or reinstall it.
Moving to a different site
Each licence covers one site. To move it:
- On the current site, open the plugin’s Account page
- Choose Deactivate License
- On the new site, install the free version and use Activate License to enter your key
Renewals
Licences renew annually. You’ll get an email before the renewal date.
To turn off automatic renewal, use the link in your purchase confirmation email or the plugin’s Account page.
If you don’t renew: Pro features stop working, but nothing is deleted. Your matches stay where they are and the plugin continues to run as the free version.
If something goes wrong
Contact support before requesting a refund — most problems turn out to be fixable.
Pro customers receive a reply within 48 hours.
